It is important for employees to have good physical and mental health, in order for them to perform optimally at work. As such, the Health Promotion Board (HPB) has launched an initiative, SME Health+, to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to help their employees maintain good health. Under this scheme, SMEs will have easy access to good and impactful programmes that have been approved by HPB. These programmes are also cost-effective, as they are co-funded by HPB, up to a cap of 70%.
